SimplyB2B works on your own LinkedIn account, so you should know exactly what it can do, how you connect it and how to stop it. Here it is, plainly.
What it can do on your account
You connect your own LinkedIn account. SimplyB2B then researches buyers, writes comments, messages and posts in your voice, and follows up on conversations, all in your name.
Until you choose otherwise, every comment, message and post waits for your approval. Nothing goes out that you have not said yes to. When you trust it, you can switch on autonomy, and you can switch it off again at any time.
How you connect
You sign in to LinkedIn on the secure connect page of our messaging provider, not on a SimplyB2B form. You never type your LinkedIn password into SimplyB2B.
Credentials for connected accounts are stored using the security mechanisms of our infrastructure providers, never in plain text.
Staying in control
You can pause your campaigns from the portal at any time. To disconnect your account completely, ask us and we do it the same day, which stops all activity on it.

How we protect your accountYour data is yours
Your brand profile, prospect lists, conversations and results belong to you. Ask and we export them for you, at any time. For your protection, only the account owner can request an export or a disconnect, from the email on the account.
When you leave, we delete your customer data on request. The only exception is billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
We never share your messages, contacts or results with another customer, and one prospect's words never reach another prospect's conversation.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access inside SimplyB2B is restricted to what running the service requires.
If you connect Google Calendar, access is read only and optional. We use it only to confirm booked meetings, the tokens are stored encrypted, and calendar data is never sent to AI model providers.
Who else processes data
We use a small number of service providers in these categories: data enrichment, messaging infrastructure, scheduling and publishing, payments, AI models and cloud hosting. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.
The named list is in our Data Processing Agreement, which we provide on request.
People you reach
We process only publicly available professional information about prospects. Anyone who asks to be removed is suppressed across our systems, and that suppression is kept permanently so it holds.
