1. Who is responsible
The Simply B2B service and the Julian product are operated by Levaro Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 15235673, trading as Simply B2B. For data protection questions, contact [email protected].
2. Data we collect from you
Visitors. We use privacy friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites. If you join a waitlist or contact us, we keep the email address and message you send.
Customers. We hold your account details, billing records, your brand profile (the voice, market, offer and proof information captured at onboarding) and the activity the service performs for you, including conversations handled through your connected accounts.
3. Prospect data we process for customers
To run outreach for a customer, the service researches and processes publicly available professional information about prospects, such as name, role, company and public posts. We process this data as part of providing the service to the customer. Where data protection law such as UK and EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest in business to business outreach, we process only professional data, and we honor objections. If you are a prospect who received a message through our service and you want your data removed, email [email protected] and we will suppress it across our systems.
4. Service providers we use
We use a small number of service providers to operate the service. They fall into these categories: data enrichment providers, messaging infrastructure providers, scheduling and publishing providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and cloud hosting providers. Each processes data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.
A full list of named sub processors is available in our Data Processing Agreement, which we provide on request to customers who need it for their own compliance.
5. How long we keep data
Customer data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request when you leave, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law. Waitlist and contact records are kept until you ask us to remove them or the purpose ends. Suppression requests are kept permanently so the suppression holds.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or object to the processing of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will act on your request within the legally required time. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what operating the service requires, and credentials for your connected accounts are stored using the security mechanisms of our infrastructure providers, never in plain text.
8. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here and email active customers before the change takes effect.
