Before anything sends, each draft is scored against the product own quality bar. Is it clear, is it worth a busy person time, does it earn a reply. A weak draft does not get a second chance to embarrass you. It gets dropped.
It checks the draft is truly you
A message can be well written and still sound like a stranger wearing your name. So it also checks the draft against your voice, the one it read from your own writing. If it does not sound like you, it does not pass.
It checks it did not invent a fact
It reads the draft for claims it cannot stand behind. A stat you never gave it, a detail about your client that is not true, a promise you would never make. If it made something up, the draft is held, not sent.
Only the ones that clear the bar send
The drafts that pass all three checks are the only ones that reach a real person. Everything else is dropped quietly, in the background, before your name is anywhere near it.

That is a quality bar on the writing, not a promise about the reply. A message can be a clean 8.7 and still land on a busy week. What the gate guarantees is that the words in your name are good words. It cannot guarantee the buyer says yes.
